Hi! I am an ICF-certified ontological life and business coach with a focus on mindset and soul alignment. I graduated from Accomplishment Coaching’s San Diego Intensive coach training program in October 2018. Prior to coaching, I taught high school English in Japan for 2 years and worked in international corporate sales for 17.5 years in various industries involving import/export, manufacturing, and distribution. The most rewarding part of those years was building relationships with different types of people and understanding cultures around the world. I left corporate life in March 2020 and decided to take a year-long sabbatical to realign my mind and heart. This period of deep reflection and transformation brought more clarity to my purpose on earth and my career path forward. Through coaching, entrepreneurship, self-publishing children’s books, podcasting, and other collaborations, I continue my journey of authentic creation and self-expression in every way possible.

I love working with people who highly value personal growth and are going through a big transition.
